Problem Statement

Designing a scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) and customer acquisition strategy for consistent lead generation

Problem Description

Dechub offers a wide range of services including branding, UI/UX design, web development, and digital marketing. While the capabilities are strong, the current growth appears to be driven by ad-hoc channels such as referrals, inbound queries, and limited outbound efforts.

There is no clearly defined, scalable and predictable customer acquisition engine in place.

Key Challenges

Expected outcomes

The team is expected to build a scalable and repeatable customer acquisition engine for Dechub:

1. Customer & Market Definition

  • Clear ICP definition (industry, company size, geography, use case)
  • Identification of high-conversion customer segments

2. Go-To-Market Strategy

  • End-to-end GTM plan across inbound + outbound channels
  • Channel prioritization (LinkedIn, SEO, performance marketing, partnerships, communities)

3. Lead Generation Engine

  • Structured inbound strategy (content themes, SEO keywords, case studies)
  • Outbound playbooks (LinkedIn outreach, cold email sequences)
  • Platform strategy (Clutch, Upwork, etc.)

4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Design of lead funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion)
  • Recommendations to improve conversion rates (landing pages, pitch, proposals)

5. Execution Plan

  • 90-day roadmap with clear milestones
  • Sample campaigns, outreach templates, and growth experiments
