Problem Statement

Network Graph Business Case

Problem Description

Even with hyper-personalized, AI-driven orchestration, cold outreach inherently has a conversion ceiling. In enterprise B2B sales, the most effective path to a closed-won deal is a warm introduction. To solve this, DelightLoop wants to introduce a “Relationship Capital” layer by building a network graph capability directly into the Delight Discover module (conceptually similar to platforms like The Swarm).

This feature must map relationship capital by ingesting communication metadata (calendar invites, email headers, LinkedIn connections) across a client’s entire organization, board of directors, and investor network to mathematically uncover the strongest warm introduction path to a target buyer.

The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive business case and product strategy for this Network Graph feature. The team must evaluate the strategic architecture (whether to build the graph engine from scratch, leverage open-source agentic frameworks, or integrate via API with existing network platforms), navigate the immense data privacy implications, and define a clear monetization strategy to launch this capability for enterprise clients.

Expected Outcome

The team is expected to build a complete Product Strategy and Business Case for the Network Graph feature. Deliverables must include:
