Problem Statement

HR Gifting Business Case

Problem Description

At present, DelightLoop focuses its “phygital” orchestration platform entirely on revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, and RevOps). However, the internal logistics, warehousing operations (Project FLOW), and direct mail capabilities powering the Delight Engage module are platform-agnostic. HR and People Operations use cases—such as employee onboarding kits, work anniversary programs, executive talent acquisition, and retention gifting—are equally lucrative and represent a massive, adjacent market.

The objective is to build a comprehensive, plug-and-play business case for HR gifting. The company needs a structured plan to seamlessly expand into this vertical, mapping out how to translate a tool built for revenue orchestration into a solution that solves critical HR challenges. This requires identifying the most profitable HR gifting plays, evaluating the operational capacity needed for predictable, volume-heavy sends, and defining the exact positioning and GTM strategy required to sell to a CHRO or VP of People.
