Problem Statement

Designing a comprehensive strategy for Dechub that integrates AI-driven product offerings, defines the ideal customer segment, and enables scalable growth across domestic and international markets

Problem Description

Dechub operates as a marketing technology company focused on helping brands and founders scale and generate leads.

The company is currently at a stage where it needs to bring together its product strategy, customer focus, and expansion plans into a single, structured growth approach.

From a product perspective, Dechub aims to design a comprehensive portfolio of AI-driven products and services. This includes building an integrated offering that may cover:

  1. AI automation solutions
  2. AI-powered social media management
  3. Content creation systems
  4. Brand identity and brand development tools

The key challenge here is to define the right product mix, packaging, and positioning that can be offered as a scalable, high-value solution.

From a growth perspective, Dechub is facing challenges in consistently generating high-quality leads and lacks clarity on its ideal customer segment. A key decision needs to be made on whether to focus on:

  1. Early-stage founders
  2. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
  3. Established brands and corporates

There is a need to identify the most effective lead generation strategies and align them with the right customer segment.

From an expansion perspective, Dechub aims to grow its presence in international markets, specifically:

  1. United States
  2. Africa
  3. United Kingdom
  4. Australia

The challenge is to evaluate these markets in terms of opportunity, demand, entry strategy, and scalability, and define how Dechub should position itself globally.

Overall, the core problem is the lack of a unified, structured strategy that connects product offerings, target customers, go-to-market approach, and international expansion.
